2. Website hosting
This website is operated by Wix.com Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel. As a processor, Wix processes the data generated when you visit the website on our behalf. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of the website. The EU Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for Israel. Where Wix transfers data to other third countries, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR, in particular EU standard contractual clauses.
3. Server log files
When you access the website, technically necessary data is collected automatically: IP address, date and time, page accessed, previously visited page, browser and operating system. This data is used to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data.
4. Cookies and consent
We use technically necessary cookies on the basis of Section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We only use all other cookies and similar technologies with your consent via our cookie banner (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form, the chat on the website, by email or by phone, we process your details (for example name, company, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Quotes, orders and contracts
For quotes, orders, delivery, installation and invoicing, we process the data of our business customers and their contact persons (for example company, name, address, VAT ID, contact and payment details). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for retention obligations under commercial and tax law (up to 10 years), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Where necessary for the performance of the contract, we pass data on to freight forwarders, payment service providers, experts and our tax advisors.
7. Analytics and advertising services
We currently do not use any third-party analytics or advertising services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Facebook Pixel.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). An email to the address above is sufficient.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) in Ansbach or the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP.
